1. Should i pre-book my journey or wait until required?
We always recommend to pre-book your journey as soon as you know the journey details. This allows our vehicles to get to your pickup before the required time
2. Can i arrange a journey direct with the driver?
You can ask the driver to book you a journey in over the radio for you, however it is illegal to take the drivers direct contact number to arrange pick ups. This is classed as plying for hire and deems the vehicle insurance invalid.
